BioHello everyone,I'm Raiona Alavna. I'm your average, slightly bookish, teenage girl. I'm interested in going to college as an English major. What better way to prepare than to start keeping a journal?
My Likes:
COFFEE! Especially mocha ice latte thingies.
Strange words, like scrappy, gaggle or cadaver
Books. Mostly fiction and fantasy. but if it isn't relatable, I won't read it. like that series told from a rodent's point of view. I just don't get it....
Chocolate. Thats self explanatory. It just is.
Indie bands a.k.a. Random music. like Snow Patrol, Cute Is What I Aim For, The Darkness, Switchfoot, Fall Out Boy, The Scene Aesthetic, The Spill Canvas, The Fray, Acceptance and so on.
Anything my Grandma cooks. Well, except rabbit. And lobster, which glares at me. Why did I have to name the bunnies?
Hanging out with my friends. Its always a party with them when Prego and the drifters are involved.
Playing the Recorder. Stop snickering! Our class rocks!
Red Sox. They are scruffy and real. And they have a guy named Coco Crisp on the team. Enough said.
Snow. The bringer of Christmas and blessed Snow Days
Disney. The corporation is kinda scary, but I cant resist the movies or Disney world. The Lion King is my weakness.
Going to the movie theaters. Thats where the best popcorn is.
Veronica Mars. LoVe is intense and mysteries are always fun.
Collecting quotes. Anything clever and quippy will do.
Being a shipper. (I'm saying this cause I think knowing someone's pairings says a lot about them): LoVe (Logan + Veronica from Veronica Mars), Harry + Hermione (from Harry Potter), Buffy +Spike (from Buffy)and Nita + Kit (from Young Wizards series--a little more obscure.)
My Dislikes:
The Yankees. What a bunch of cyborgs. And conformists. : P
Borders mocha ice latte. Why did they have to get rid of the mango? WHY?
The 6th Harry Potter, thats all Im gonna say. Its safer that way.
Racists/bigots/stereotype-ists, for obvious reasons.
Procrastination, it wrecks my weekends.
STRESS, from college searching, grades, teachers etc.
Dentist. *gag* Trips take a long time and are very unpleasent.
